US eco momentum continues to slow

 The latest ISM (Institute of Supply Management) and PMI (Purchasing Managers' Index) show that the economy is continuing to slow.  

As usual, the line to focus on is the solid green line.  Even though it is falling, it is still above 50%.  In other words, the economy is still advancing, but more and more slowly.  If the current trend continues, the economy will peak in December, i.e., the average of the PMI and ISM will go below 50% in that month.
