Land use per kilogram of food produced
We know that beef produced the most emissions per kilogram and per calorie. It also uses (almost) the most land too. So if you cut back of eliminate beef from your diet, it will be a double whammy: you'll cut methane emissions, AND, you'll stop deforestation, and maybe even cause some rewilding, which causes negative emissions. We struggle to defeat billionaires and giant companies. But this is a step you can take, by yourself, without getting permission from anybody. Observe how tofu per kilogram uses 1% of the land that beef uses.
