Solar learning curve

As total installed capacity increases, so the cost declines.  This is called a learning curve.  Solar has one more 10-fold increase in capacity still to happen, which means that module costs are going to continue to decline, from the current ~30 cents/kW to ~25 cents/kW or even better.
