World Industrial Production dips below zero

I've finally got around to updating my world IP data.  Last time was 5 months ago.  I'll try and do it more often in future.

As you can see, world IP is now falling—on a six-month rate of change basis, it is now negative.  (Data through March 2019.) 

In terms of major components, Europe has levelled off after big falls, and China is prolly picking up.  We might see a moderate bounce over the next couple of months.
